Если взять комментарии о качестве музыки за скобки, на уровне шумихи казались в нулевые каким-то незыблемым столпом, который всегда будет, а сейчас даже в это не верится — насколько низкопробный шлак делают в последние годы. В чем-то именно траектория похожа на Arcade Fire, но последних люблю куда больше (и "правильный" период вторых для себя ценю выше), а тут сочувствия 0, разве что уважение за любовь к Рахманинову. Ну да как будто мало их, любителей-то Рахманинова.

I like dat band Moose and their hit "Supa Ass And Alcohol".

I was divided on the Jeff Buckley-esque vocals with an extra dose of vibrato and the "fight the power" lyrics (either good or edgy), the Queen comparisons and also turned off by part of the fanbase. I guess (recognizing the distance) that I felt similarly as I did with Rush, and like with Rush I'm appreciating them more and more. Even enjoyed some of the newer stuff.

Happy 30th anniversary to the band of all time. Def a band.
